Privacy policy

When you only read content, technical data such as IP address, browser information and security logs may be processed to deliver and protect the service.

If you sign in with Google, the service receives basic account data through Google and our authentication provider, including a unique account identifier, email address and profile information Google makes available for sign-in.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, a site-scoped subscription preference linked to your account is stored.

The service may offer optional pseudonymous measurement of how articles and links are used. Measurement starts only after you explicitly choose to allow it and can be turned off again through Measurement settings in the footer.

Measurement records are deliberately limited and subject to time-bounded retention.

Technical providers may process data where needed for authentication, storage, hosting, email and security. Data is retained only as long as needed for the relevant function, security, legal obligations and reasonable troubleshooting.
